ICM VPN bundles the open-source components below. They run only as separate processes or are linked dynamically by the engine programs; the app's own code never links against GPL or LGPL code.

icm-oc-bridge, the program that links libopenconnect, is published under the MIT license.
The complete corresponding source code of every GPL- or LGPL-licensed component, including any patches and the scripts used to build it, will be published next to each release.
