This policy explains how ICM (“we”) handles personal data on this website, icm.sh. Our apps have their own privacy notices, which explain what each app processes.
Data we collect
Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. We use this information only to reply to you and to follow up on your request.
Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the website and protect it against abuse, for example by limiting how often the contact form can be used.
No tracking. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored only in your own browser.
Why we process it
We process contact form data to respond to your request and technical data to operate and secure the website. Under KVKK (Law No. 6698) and the GDPR, this relies on taking steps at your request and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Who receives it
Contact form messages are delivered to our mailbox by email. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our email provider process data on our behalf. Because our hosting provider runs a global network, technical data may be processed outside Türkiye. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, as provided under Article 11 of KVKK and the GDPR. Write to us at hello@icm.sh.
